Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of limited edition photographic prints made by Mathieu Gerard via the website mathieu-gerard.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are photographic artworks printed on aluminium Dibond or plexiglass, numbered and sold as limited editions. Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT). Prices may vary depending on the format and material selected. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice, while guaranteeing the customer the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Orders are placed directly through the website. Any order implies a payment obligation. A confirmation email is sent after successful payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made online through secure methods offered on the site. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. They depend on the availability of materials and the production time of our printing partners. The seller cannot be held liable for any delays caused by suppliers or force majeure.

Shipping costs also vary depending on the suppliers, artwork size, destination, and chosen delivery method. These costs are specified before final order confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (made-to-order prints). Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is damaged during delivery.

8. Receipt of the Order

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt. Any issues (damaged package, damaged artwork, etc.) must be reported immediately to the carrier and the seller, with photographic evidence, within 48 hours of receipt.

9. Intellectual Property
